Role Overview
We are seeking Experienced Real Estate Agents who are driven, market-savvy, and passionate about helping clients make confident property decisions. As part of the Grand Palatine team, you will play a key role in representing premium developments, advising investors, and driving high-quality transactions that fuel both client satisfaction and company growth.
This role is ideal for agents who understand Dubai’s property landscape, maintain strong client relationships, and perform with excellence in both off-plan and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads from multiple sources including portals, referrals, social media, and CRM.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and consultations for buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, master communities, and developer policies.
- Guide clients through the entire sales journey including pricing, negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain strong communication with developers, sales teams, and internal management.
- Prepare market analyses, investment comparisons, and property-specific presentations.
- Represent Grand Palatine Properties at open houses, events, and project launches.
- Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up systems, and conversion rates.
- Meet monthly sales targets, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and company values at all times.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan and/or secondary).
- Strong closing skills with a track record of completed transactions.
- Solid understanding of Dubai communities, pricing trends, developers, and investment hotspots.
- Comfortable conducting property tours, virtual presentations, and investor briefings.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Bitrix, REM, PropSpace or similar).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to nurture leads, follow up consistently, and manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and access to a car.
- RERA certification is a plus.
