Role Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate marketing and an eye for premium, modern design. You will lead the visual development of branding assets, social media creatives, property listing materials, brochures, and digital advertisements.
This role demands someone who understands Dubai’s real estate landscape, latest design trends, developer guidelines, and how to present properties in a visually powerful and conversion-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality social media posts, reels covers, carousel designs, and story assets tailored for luxury real estate.
- Design brochures, flyers, roll-ups, banners, and full project branding kits for off-plan launches.
- Develop visually appealing property listing templates for portals, presentations, and website updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns with creative design assets.
- Follow real estate branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Edit and enhance property images, renders, and lifestyle visuals to match brand tone.
- Produce layouts for corporate documents including company profiles, investor decks, and project fact sheets.
- Work closely with videographers to align motion graphics, intros, and thumbnail designs with brand identity.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with fast turnaround and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on design trends relevant to Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Your Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Ability to create clean, premium, and high-converting visuals for luxury properties.
- Experience designing marketing assets for property launches, payment plans, and developer campaigns.
- Understanding of social media content formats and requirements across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret branding guidelines and translate them into consistent design output.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing dashboards is a plus.
- A solid portfolio showcasing real estate projects is mandatory.
